Privacy Policy
Sigvy is a brand of Steward Oak Holdings LLC ("Sigvy", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we handle for our mobile app Sigvy: Money Planner for iOS and Android and for this website (sigvy.com). The short version: the app keeps your data on your device, there are no accounts, and we don’t run analytics.
1. The app: Sigvy: Money Planner
- Your data stays on your device. Everything you enter (budget categories, transactions, debts, accounts, net worth snapshots, your optional household name and settings) is stored only in the app’s local storage on your phone.
- No account and no server. You don’t sign up or log in. We don’t operate a server for the app, and the app doesn’t send your financial data to us or anyone else.
- No analytics, ads or tracking. The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code, and it doesn’t connect to your bank.
- CSV export is your choice. If you export CSV files, the app creates the files on your device and opens your phone’s share sheet. Where they go next (for example Files, iCloud Drive, Google Drive or email) is up to you, and that service’s own privacy terms apply. CSV import only reads a file you pick.
- In-app purchases (Sigvy Pro) are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We don’t receive your payment details. Purchase processing is done by Apple, Google and our payment-processing provider, which may receive the purchase receipt and an anonymous app user ID so your Pro unlock can be verified and restored. It does not receive the financial data you enter in the app.
- Links. Links in the app (such as to this website) open in your browser, and this policy covers this website as described below.
- Deleting your data. Use Settings → “Clear sample data / start fresh” to erase the data in the app, or uninstall the app, which removes its data from your device. Because we don’t hold a copy, we can’t recover it for you. Your phone’s own device backups (iCloud or Google) may include app data according to your device settings.
2. This website
- We don’t use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or tracking cookies, and we don’t set any cookies ourselves.
- The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- If you contact us through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message, and we use them only to reply to you. Form messages are delivered to our inbox by our email delivery provider, Resend (see Resend’s privacy policy); the website itself doesn’t store them. To block spam, the form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser without tracking cookies.
3. What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles.
4. Children
The app and this website are not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
5. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you (in practice, messages you’ve sent us). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us and we’ll help.
6. Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the effective date above. If a change is significant, such as the app starting to collect new data, we’ll say so clearly here and in the app’s store listing before it takes effect.
